The Port Melbourne Lighthouse, Melbourne. Australia.
This is the sequel to Recurrent Dream. I haven’t created a series of images in a while, and these wouldn’t leave me alone until they were matched up to live happily ever after.
Taken with a Lensbaby Muse, and a big ray of setting sunshine to give the lighthouse it’s haunting glow.

Oh like this one Andrew, its like a night light glowing in the far corner of a gloomy room to offer you comfort when you are scared or freak you out with the shadows. : ) love the layers and processing
What a cool interpretation of this one Karen! I really see the connection to a night light and fear of the dark here. That adds a whole new dimension to this piece, thanks so much for contributing to it :)

awesome work, where did you buy yours from? Im wondering do these fit all canon bodys? thinking of getting one for my 450d
Thanks mate. Got mine on ebay, but have a look at www.lensbaby.com as well, lists all the lens and optic types and what cameras they work with. You should be fine, as 450D and 50D are interchangeable with lenses.

O my friend – you are a master of such incredibly atmospheric environmental shots! And – somehow you always get the post-treatment exactly as it should be to enhance the image! Congratulations! I can’t wait to see some of your work in ‘real life’!
