We had a couple of days worth of Snow Monday (25th) and Tuesday (26th) February, I didn’t get chance to to get any photos on Monday but before we went out yesterday I decided to have a quick look to see if the Robins were around – and yes they were – all 3 of them!
This cheeky chappie however was the real poser for me!
Having spent a good half hour in the garden when the skies were bluer than blue last week and being pleased with the captures – I have to say yesterday I was thrilled to bits! I read that “When a robin red breast constantly visits you or crosses your path, a loved one in heaven is trying to say ‘hello! I’m with you!” Well I suppose it’s a myth, superstition but it’s also maybe what you want to believe and for me – actually I would like to think it true as my lovely Nana passed away 21 years ago in February and it was also a beautiful week and she truly loved good weather (she hated rain and the cold!) My eldest is 21 in May and she never met her Great Nana but there is definitely a connection for me!
