Le Chaboussant
runs through our town and is pretty lovely most of the year but this particular misty december morning it just looked soft, pretty but cold!
Le Chaboussant is one River that starts at a source at a trickle it travels through the valley at the bottom of our hamlet it goes through the town (my parents old house had the river running through their garden) and basically circles our whole town. Wells are still used from the river water but these days have pumps!
The Folklorique dance group Les Chaboussants named themselves after this river.

Is that frost on the grass? It must have been rather chilly, but there is just enough green visible to keep the shot looking warm. Love it Pam, reminds me of winter mornings in Shoebury.

It was frosty and it was early in the morning so yes was a tad chilly but still lovely :) I assume you mean the frost reminds you of Shoebury!! Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to look through :)

We backed onto the park with lakes so frost on the grass by the water is very familiar, though there was usually the odd shopping trolley poking up through the water!
