Hi again David,
Love the result. You were right to tinker with it. I hope your pleased too…It looks terrific !!!
Arzeian, thanks. Sometime when a model is as perfect as this he is you really don’t want to tinker with it but then its best to go with your first impression when starting a project and I wanted him just a little bit .. different.

Thanks very much for sharing the process on this one David. This is a brilliant result!
Up until now I thought I was a freak because I finish an area before moving on to the next, so mid-drawing I have half a drawing complete, half still blank except for outline. I just assumed most people progressively rough in the whole picture and build up layers.
I know what works for me though, and I see it works for you too. I may still be a freak because of my method. but at least I’m not lonely! lol
One thing though…..are you right handed? Working top left to bottom right? I’m left handed and work bottom right to top left…
ha… yes I am right handed so I workfrom to bottom and left to right. However I am also known to move the drawing in all direction., Drawing upside down, sideways.. just to look at the drawing in a different light.
All my drawings are fine lines and for that I get people that tell me my work is weird. In fact I had art teachers as a kid try to change my style and tell me I cant draw this way. Until I was in my mid 20;s I did as I was told.. but out of the blue started back to drawing with lines. Its easier for me, and less to think about what to do.
P.S. My wife accuses me of never finishing a drawing but I feel the best drawings are those that are left with a small corner unfinished, so the viewer can see a sample of what was done to get the job completed. If it was completed.. it might as well been left as a photo!
