The beautiful “blooms” in this basket are created from hand-painted raw silk mawata hankies and are adorned with over 25 carats of faceted gemstone dewdrops ready for jewelry setting. You’ll find pale pink Madagascan Morganite, leaf green, cushion cut Brazilian Amblygonite are ready for the picking along with some Swarovski crystal raindrops scattered about for good measure.Created atop a quilted piece of hand-painted cotton by fabric artist Mickey Lawler and set in a basket woven from up-cycled silk sari ribbon. Mounted on foam core board.
