This poem expresses so well the kind of winter we’ve been having…. lots of rain interspersed with falls of snow that melt quickly, so quickly we hardly have time to appreciate it, but I take the long view, or maybe the Robin’s view and paint what’s left, the bare branches, the puddles, the melting ice… as the poet so aptly says, "I am thrilled with details..
