I have loved Pachelbel’s Canon since I was a young girl…it is the most relaxing piece of music ever written… it represents several voices playing the same music, entering one after the other in an incredibly melodic way…this piece echoes that rhythm…the colours repeat throughout the picture plane and softly merge with each other in a very restful way, representing nightfall

I could not find the version I own by the Mainz Chamber Orchestra, but this one ( though a little too much brass for me at the end) is also quite good

MUSIC

I need so much the quiet of your love,
After the day’s loud strife;
I need your calm all other things above,
After the stress of life

I paint in many different styles and feature a myriad of subject matter, which I show as individual collections….
I am inspired by the world interpreting it in brilliant colours, often influenced by the writings of famous authors and poets..
