Hope Well and Have Well:
Or, Fair After Foul Weather
What though the heaven be lowering now,
And look with a contracted brow?
We shall discover, by-and-by,
A repurgation of the sky;
And when those clouds away are driven,
Then will appear a cheerful heaven
…Robert Herrick

April is traditionally the month of stormy weather, but in some areas snow still lingers, winds are rough, and you think summer will never come…soon however there will soon appear, even in the blackest times, just like the storms in our lives "a cheerful heaven"

I paint in many different styles and feature a myriad of subject matter, which I show as individual collections….
I am inspired by the world interpreting it in brilliant colours, often influenced by the writings of famous authors and poets..

    It looks fearsome. I like the tender lines, withstanding the torrent.

  • Thank you so much Frannie…I’m thrilled that you like it…

    Very dramatic. Storms are exciting, it’s hard for me to tear myself away from watching lightening and high wind, or hail falling.

  • Thank you so much Cindy…worse place you should be is at the window or on the phone and I do both… :))
