Ingredients:
1. salt shaker
1. tomato
1. large mouth
1. napkin
Directions:
sprinkle salt of tomato and take a good bite….
Wipe juice off chin and repeat

lovely juicy painting Janis…after reading KJ’s recipe makes me want one, but alas I can’t eat them too acidic, but this painting is fabulous great contrasting colours….

Thank you so much Linda…they have to be really ripe and then there is very little acidity…adding a pinch of sugar will also minimize it.. :))
