    This was one of those spontaneous paintings, that if I were honest make up a lot of my portfolio…I think about painting all the time, but can’t paint all day long, so I keep things set up so I can paint at anytime I get some time without overplanning…what ever was in my head then pours out through my fingers…thank you so much KJ…I’m so pleased you like it..

    everything I see I think of how I would paint it…....everything….........
    My life is so different now than when I had my career as a coach…......

    wonderful colourful meaningful painting Janis…it leaves the viewer ‘open’ to their own interpretation…or this may just be the key that opens one your interesting door locks ….when I saw it I thought it would make a good card with the words… “you hold the key to my heart”.... stunning art.

    • The verse is from (Jimmy Rankin CD ‘Song Dog’). The verse is part of the chorus in a song called ‘Midnight Angel’ which means an awful lot to me and your work always make me think of this. Beautiful song, beautiful lady, beautiful work :-)
