I’m happy, even, about the loud rain
Falling quietly upon the window pane.
Monday through Sunday I like to lie awake
Thinking pleasant thoughts that aren’t fake.
Every night and day the swallow sings a song
Outside the door in the cold where it belongs
I open my entrance, yet she won’t come in
Too many days inside drove her away.
The eyes of my lover only grow more beautiful
And I hope my words become, with love, more full
So that, if she frowns, her frowns all melt away
With the coming sun that starts a brand new day.
My love, I’m calling out your name, and waiting
When will your reply come? I lay anticipating..Soulful Ensemble

It’s too bad you can’t see it in real life as there is a lot of irridescence to show the frost on the grass….I did about 15 pictures to try and pick it up, but you can only see bits of it….thanks so much Linda…

i can see some frost Janis but I know how frustrating it is to get the right shot to show off the true colours before loading, this is so gorgeous

I tried my new scanner, and the frost did not show at all, so I turned off the lights and used the flash and some of it shows now…that’s the best I can do…thanks again Linda…
