For Lina: A Message in the Woods
As I was driving around in the pouring SNOW I came upon a message on a flag in the woods. The words “YES WE CAN” stood out quite clearly. I want to remind everyone that the message is not, yes I can … but yes WE can. I pray that I am guided to do MY part and then you do yours and WE CAN!
Lina , we talked on the phone about the wonderful day we both were having today … does it not remind you of this message? YES, LINA, WE CAN!

Here is President Obama’s Message:
“I won’t pretend that meeting any one of these challenges will be easy. It will take more than a month or a year, and it will likely take many,” Obama said. “Along the way there will be setbacks and false starts and days that test our fundamental resolve as a nation.”
He also, however, struck a hopeful and optimistic tone, following up with, “But despite all of this - despite the enormity of the task that lies ahead - I stand here today as hopeful as ever that the United States of America will endure—that the dream of our founders will live on in our time.”

It is you—Americans of every race and region and station who came here because you believe in what this country can be and because you want to help us get there.”
He ended with: “I ask you to help me reveal that character once more, and together, we can carry forward as one nation, and one people, the legacy of our forefathers that we celebrate today.”

Judi, you cannot possibly imagine the racist comments from people that I hear. It sickens me to think that people in this country or anywhere are still so close minded to discredit a man because his skin isn’t the same color as theirs and then they won’t even consider the fact that the USA is where it is now because of men with the same color skin as theirs.
I despise, I said I despise, racism now and for always.
God created every man ever born and man created all the ignorance and hatred ever born.

Well, don’t get too carried away … have to watch those pennies! You have some really awesome work yourself! But it is nice to be on “the list” ...hehe
As for the treatment, I have been learning from many … and guess who one of them is? Hint: she is really amazing and a good cook too! Yea .. her too!!! I know I just described quite a few women on here. Ok … one last hint: She is going to go back to India with me!
