A ttv still-life of a vintage Chinese doll. The colours are washed out to give it a retro look.Nikon D200 & Kodak Duaflex
I live on the NSW Central Coast & make photographs of anything that interests me.
Delightful… Both the colours and the ttv are the perfect match for this subject. Thank you.
and you didn’t even notice I cleaned the Kodak!
Fantastic! I love this, the tones are perfect and I like the draped fabric in the background.
Thanks, high praise indeed… :-)
Incredible work and this so suits the ttv process! How old is that doll?
Thanks Vicki! Dolly is probably 1950’s? I think my grandmother bought it for older sister. What I like about this is there is not one bit of plastic in her, she seems to be made of some sort of plaster.
Thank you Morgana :-)
What a cute doll
I LOVE your work, its like something to eat, a feast for the eyes
Wow, thanks madworld!!
love the shot!!! it’s a bit eerie in a way… like the doll can come to life but with an ax in one handsmiling at you!! i’m a bit on the dark side!! LOL!
No knives today, she was in a good mood (just don’t make her angry ok?)
Really well done- congratulations!
thank you rodeorose
