Pocket-sized art with more uses than you can wave a Bic at. Birthdays, thanks yous, Valentines or even Wednesdays, there’s always an occasion for a stunning card. From promotional weapon to distant friend-contactor, our cards are more versatile than Optimus Prime.
Cards are designed to suit the most common image ratio of 3:2, but any image size can be printed—we just leave a white border.
This one took a little longer to work on, I wanted a more macabre look to it.Yarramalong NSW
I live on the NSW Central Coast & make photographs of anything that interests me.
So, what’s for dinner at your place tonight?I like the mono treatment btw. It makes the bird look dead.I’ve been sitting here trying to decide which one I prefer.. this, the mono one or the colour one. I’ve decided to ‘enjoy’ them both equally as they really are different in more ways that just the colour or lack of it. I think the colour version says more about decay, whereas this one is all about death. The skull in this image is particularly haunting.Another cracker ms ozzzy. Thank you.
You’re spot on with the interpretations, that’s exactly what I had in mind with both shots. We’re having dead chicken for dinner by the way, yum yum!
I’m pleased to read your that your dinner chicken will be dead….yum yum indeed….A live one would be cluck, cluck…
This is really good! The contrast between the bones and the feathers is stunning both visually and symbolically
Thanks ilva, that’s what I was aiming for.
The contrast really turned out a treat, And the slight vignetting really pulls you in too =)
Glad you do!
Thanks Garth, much appreciated!
Dramatic and bold piece of art!
