Wombeyan Caves Road
Reached that stage again. Not quite finished but need to step back.
Art teacher, Melissa’s reaction was: This would look good as a large painting !
May just go and get a large canvas, today.

Looks great, are you bringing it tomorrow!

I reckon it looks much better in the flesh, so to speak. Perhaps because the state of my eye-sight, or the number of glasses of red, helps to enhance the impressionist approach to it.

Good painting. Painted with light. Happy painting too; the dancing colours make it vivid. (By the way … do you use flash to photograph your work? Or do you do it outside, using daylight?)

I like the impressionistic feel to this!

Love the use of colour and light in this! Would it happen to be the Bulio tunnel?
Ozcloggie
Thanks for that, Penny Edwardes. Interesting to find out its name!

We often drive that road…the sanstone is beautiful! We usually camp along the Wollondilly river, truly a magic part of Australia!

Hey!!! Great!! That really is nice to know! The first time I ever came to that tunnel, it cost me ! The fire brigade was raising money. :) (I’m still smiling, at the screen, after reading that you live down that road !

Haha yes, my dad is actually a firefighter! Its a beautiful place to live, I grew up there and I have to move out soon! I don’t think I will be able to part with our property!!
