A Megalong Horse Blanket - Notecard

Inspiration is sometimes hard to find so when I met John through another friend here at RB little did I know the muse was ready to kick my tail feathers and get me creating again! (grin) ... I took a look at John’s website and WOW .. do take a look .. definitely worth your time (smile) ... well anyone who’s been watching my work probably knows by now that I have a passion for patterns in math and art for a long time (in fact since I was a kid (grin)) ... so when I say John’s work inspired me I did not mean I wanted to copy how he does his work .. oh no … when I saw his work besides the intrinsic beauty of his images I could see patterns forming in my mind’s eye …. John graciously allowed me to use his website image (up front and center on his home page) Megalong Valley Campfires, Triptych to torture and mutate into this image …ok ok it was after doing it and showing it to him that he saw no problem with claiming it as my own since it bore no resemblance to his work .. (grin) .. I had offered to add info about his work/site etc. since he was my inspiration and the original was his (smile) ... so here it is ….

I may at a future time add a mini-story for this image … just uninspired tonight since I only had four hours sleep last night .. yup playing away and lost track of time (grin) .. if I do perhaps I’ll also put it in a journal entry so all interested will know I did (big smile)
