pleased you like it Euan!! actually the four creatures remind me of koalas .. been thinking about all the wild life and the horrors of the bushfires … rising above is for them …

thank you Mary (big smile) I told Euan that they reminded me of Koalas … with all the devastation and horror in Victoria with the bushfires I had the wildlife on my mind today … so many died horribly so many hurt so bad … the title reflects my thoughts … there must be a heaven for all life and these koalas are rising up there from the devastation below … little angel koalas …

thank you sis … I really think that the koalas helped me with this image .. you know how fractals are … many times you’re not sure how they will turn out .. well this one was serendipity … I saw it and knew what I had to do … I have an affinity for animals and it is breaking my heart hearing the stories and knowing what they went through .. the horror of it … I believe with all my heart it is our responsibility to everything we can to help them .. they had no choice nor the ability to find a safe place as the firestorm came their way .. so I’m going to do all I can to help and urge others to do the same … we owe it to our cousins to help …

oh Helene oh my .. we don’t get anymore info about what’s happening there . guess it’s not big enough news in the US .. so many people I’ve talked to about it have no clue and sadly most of them have said things like .. geez that’s too bad .. and then that’s it … it all makes me so sad .. what’s happening to the animals and people and the plants/trees and the apathy I see amongst the people I know … I just had to do something to help .. am also hoping my image will raise some money to help … I just can’t sit back and do nothing … I am happy you like this image .. thank you for your hope and caring for our fellow travelers on this planet (big smile

in this Jan we are the same … I too have always felt deeply for our animal siblings .. I couldn’t just sit back and let others do it … just wish I wasn’t so friggin’ poor ‘cause I’d do more if I could … I’m hoping inspiration with come again .. some pesky little soul whispering in my ear and guiding my hand .. will keep listening and if it does I will share it …

actually there are more than four koalas in this image however with the resolution here on RB they’re harder to see ….

thanks syd … Australia is so far away … most people I’ve told about the bushfires don’t seem to connect .. too far removed from their lives here I guess … a lot of apathy … ya perhaps if we had cute little koalas here in the states maybe they could relate (sigh)
