I live near this spot and enjoy it often. What’s not to enjoy… to the east glistens deep jewel tones, to the west layers of gold shine and at my side kayaks glow in the happiest shade of green.

During an unexpected chance to experience Africa, a seed was planted. Nurtured by subsequent forays into wild places, this photographer was born.

Jacques Cousteau said “People protect what they love.” And we’ve all heard that “A picture is worth a thousand words.” So, enough with this. My photography says the rest. Thanks for listening.

    simply gorgeous
  • Thank you! Loved the green kayaks so was thrilled when the gate to this part of the boathouse dock was open. When I was last there, not only was that gate closed but it’s behind a section of the park that’s now fenced off for construction. Boy, I was lucky! ;-)
