Dennis, this is nice + painterly. the color vibrancy, incredible! Glad to hear it was still warm enough for butterflies in Nov. Monarchs migrate + this one may have been @ the tail of the migration.

Thank you Arlene – I was just excited to keep the camera out and rolling – capturing this one before the migration. I did not envision this one (initially) with a painted quality – but, I did try to capture the deep orange hue!

- we did have a very mild November in North Caroiina.
