Mahalo darling, this is my identical twin sister Karon. I took this shot as she was unaware of the camera. She looks lovely gazing in wonder at the beautiful scenery. It was a magical moment.

Mahalo Steve, my husband suggested and set up this shot. Jacob is standing on the right just outside the frame and Karon is gazing up at Waikani Falls about a thousand feet overhead in the distance. It is a beautiful view of the Hana Highway from here near the Taro fields. It is a lovely area of the island. I cloned out every single little speck on the leaves and applied a digital filter to soften the tones. I am happy you like it, thank you so much.

please thank Jacob for me for taking this picture, and thank you so much for your work it’s gorgeous !! i LOVE it so much, i remember asking about the split-leaf Monstera just the day before, wanting to know what it is called, and the next day i believe Jacob wanted me to see it with my own eyes, and so he drove us to this magical place and i was so amazed by the beauty and the size of the pretty leaves of this gorgeous plant.
what a beautiful memory standing here in this lovely place near the taro fields viewing the scenery and the mountains, the spectacular waterfall, the fragrance of the forest and flowers, so heavenly !!
and how exciting that this photograph of me was featured, Congratulations dear Sharon. I love you so much dear sister. Thank you for everything, with all my heart, i had such a wonderful and memorable vacation there with you and Jacob and will forever cherish the experience of 17 days on Maui with you and your husband on this beautiful island.
