If I could live my life to live over, I would be a biologist because nature provides me with such joy and passion. I am able to capture and share my experiences in nature with good camera gear, and through the medium of RedBubble. I hope you enjoy my work capturing scenes from nature.

Beautiful bird, I saw one just like this today, first time I saw one like this. My pics of it were not very good. Maybe it will come around again!

  • They stand out among other wintering songbirds because of their red color. This one seemed cold. I didn’t know you had them where you are, too. I hope you get another photo op. with yours. Thank you, Michelle. Take care.

Brilliant capture David. First time I’ve seen one of these, looks a bit like a Sparrow that’s been at the paint tin.

  • He is a painted sparrow, Paul, the same size and look, but for the color. Thank you.

This a lovely capture. But at first glance I thought it was a Sparrow trying to take of a Robin but doing a bad job of it. But still great focusing well done.

  • They look a lot like sparrows, in shape, and size, but for that splash of pink-red-magenta. Thank you, Paul.

Wow beautiful capture David. I so love that soft pinkish red and the soft and subtle background certainly enhances the detail. Another beauty by you.

  • My attraction to this image is just the same as yours, Anthea, but I am not surprised by that. We seem to be on the same wave length in many ways. Thank you yet again for so much support from you.
