Lover Boy Wishes
Just some good old clean fun with this poem.
Lover Boy Wishes belongs to the following groups:
Childhood, Freedom to Shine and Remember WhenMy lips were sealed when she pressed her lips on me,
I was just ten years old and almost eleven to be.
We were playing on the swings when we met,
And she said, “I must kiss you if I am to win the bet!”
Knowing nothing about kissing I wiped my lips clean,
She looked at my face like it was something never before seen.
How was I suppose to know there was no bet at all,
And she was hungry for my kiss and so she stalled.
I ran to the slide instead so that I wouldn’t get another kiss,
But she followed me there and said,”This one is for the other one you missed!”
Two kisses smacked on me and so I ran to wash them off again,
Only this time she pulled my face and said,”Lucky for me, I got a bargain.”
I climbed a tree hoping to elude her taste for my lips so sweet,
However; she was brave and followed with, “That was for a trick-or treat!”
My taste for her wasn’t right as I ran into the boys restroom,
And lord and behold she caught up to me and another kiss so soon.
Down the street I ran as fast as I could to try and loose her out of sight,
When suddenly her arms around me and a kiss with all her might.
Other boys and girls watching as she screemed,”That makes five more kisses!”
So I pulled out my rabbit’s foot and yelled, “That’s it, no more wishes!”
I hurried home as she followed me all the way to the front door,
Mother at the door and said, “That’s your cousin,” as she dropped to the floor.
When she got up she looked sad as she wiped her lips in front of me,
Next day in school the teacher asked,” Anybody know who lover boy could be?”

Good advice, these puckered lips got a lot of trick or treat sweeties that day. No wonder they say girls are wiser than boys. LOL Thank you so much for having fun with me on this one.

Yes, boys will be boys. First they don’t want nothing to do with girls kissing them, later on they want to kiss and kiss, can you imagine that?LOL

this is so cute and sweet,, hey its ok,, I love my kissing cousins,, many are now my dearest friends even though we may have not grown together because of age or distance,, but now we have found each other and grow with sharing our family memories,, linmarie

Boy, those first kisses back then were so innocent, I could tell about a hundred stories of girls being so forward, can you imagine then. We boys waited a while untill we thought we knew how to smack those kisses, and to think we used to hear about French kisses, boy, what a joke it was when you are very young and try it. Girls think your licking a cow or something like that was the comments. LOL Hey, I had so much fun writing this one that I go back and read it and laught again and again because it’s the other stories I didn’t write that come into my head. LOL Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
