Lost Between A Milli-second And A Fraction Of A Minute

Lost between a milli-second and a fraction of a minute,
I found myself in a world caught within two parallels.
Could not touch the human race in any tangible form,
Yet I could not catch the free floating imagines of the other.

It was a spirit world where sight and vision were not equals,
Because to see beyond and the present was not the same at all.
Knowing what was at hand made me want to react unseen,
But my intentions would not allow me to plea my case vocally.

Seeing the human beings going about their business was plain,
However; the shadows of ghost were plenty as they moved on.
Neither of the two parallels were in conflict of the others paths,
Because passing through the flesh was not a point of contact.

Like angels or perhaps evils spirits these visions could see it all,
And with emotions intact of the work was clear of what was expected.
For a split second here on earth was like years in this other place,
That when I came back no one noticed that I had left for a milli-second.
