"The Edge of Tomorrow" ∞ Rocky Cape N.P, Tasmania - Australia by

Sunrise at Rocky Cape National Park, Tasmania – Australia.

During our 3 weeks in Tassie we dropped in on fellow bubbler David Murphy in Stanley whom was kind enough to show us some of his favourite spots around the area – Rocky Cape being one of the finest indeed!

If ever visiting Stanley in Tassies North-West you absolutely have to drop in on Dave at his “Cow ‘n’ Calf” gallery. It’s on the main street of Stanley, you can’t miss it. Several of Daves fantastic images can be viewed large here, along with many other talented Tasmanian photographers. There’s nothing quite like immersing yourself in a nice big print!

Shot with a Canon 7D, 10-22mm lens, B+W polariser and Lee filters.

Shutter: 13 seconds
Aperture: f/11
ISO: 100

Excellent work Jason, I envy your sessions with David. Good on ya mate.

  • Cheers Ken :) Was awesome to finally meet Dave – top bloke. We only had a couple of shoots together, but could have easily stayed in the Stanley area for weeks without getting bored, so much there. You’ll absolutely have to look up Dave and check out Rocky Cape when/if you make it over to Tassie mate!
