Here’s a close-up of a baby frog, a mere 1cm long, hanging out on some kind of cacti plant – for the moisture I presume.

Shot on the 17th of October 2009 with a Canon 450d and a 70-300 is usm with 68mm of stacked extention tubes. Processed in CS4.

ISO: 100
Built in flash was fired at about +1.

    Nice shot Jason, although I think this specimen of Litoria fallax is fully grown. They’re not called the Dwarf Tree Frog for nothing!

    Ah cheers Adam, – I didn’t realise. I suppose I assumed it was a froglet as I’ve seen the same looking colors on a “normal sized” frog – but hey, you’re the frog guy! :P

    No worries Jason, I have seen many different colours on these frogs. They can range from light brown/beige to almost transparent, and bright green for the females.
