This was the image that started Paul Lindenberg and me on our current path: colleagues and friends.
Paul knows the owner of this little beauty and had taken a number of stunning photos of it. I had ‘practiced’ on a few making some very nice eLITHOGRAPH ‘samples’. Paul showed them to the owner and he liked them, but was looking for an ‘in front of the hanger’ shot. I wasn’t really impressed with the ‘idea’ (I was more for an “Out of Africa” in-the-air type of photo). But Paul supplied several shots that provided me the necessary elements to construct this image.
This was also the first OOAK eLITHOGRAPH printed and sold in South Africa. So, I am quite pleased with its beginnings.
