after my accidental success turning the camera upside down i’ve rather gone and got carried away with it.
sorry.

this is centre point, near tottenham court road tube station. it’s helped navigate many a drunk student home i’m sure.

holga, medium format film, cross processed, double exposure. meh.

one of three i suppose.

This is almost as good as you could take with an iphone. Hope I am allowed to say that within the guidelines and operating on the assumption you can see the wry and appreciative half-smile on my lips!

No sorry, but they are currently building a massive chunk of apartments and towers and shops and offices right there in the city.
It is about to ruin one of the greatest unspoilt low rise capital skylines IN THE WORLD.
IT IS A BIG A TRAVESTY AS WHEN THEY PULLED DOWN SIR JOHN SOANE’S BANK OF ENGLAND.
I am thoroughly disheartened and appalled.

Anyone who has never been to London should go now before it starts to look like Mahanttan and every other bastard ‘modern’ city.

Sad days. Sod you and your fancy steel and glass crap.

The fancy steel and glass crap is a far better alternative to simply creating buildings which stylistically mimic the past because then you get shit like this

Anyways, I’m sorry about the Bank incident, I am not a bulldoze the lot and start again type of chap but you certainly won’t find me apologizing for translating the will of the epoch into space.

    I don’t want your apology.

I think it should all be ‘left alone’, there’s plenty of fields near Manchester you can build stuff on.

PS – you do have a point regarding the sameness of modernity, but we can discuss that some other time.
