EH Holden 'Green Machine'
Same commissioned work but coloured. The owner is a rasta fan and wanted to incorporate the colours yellow and red with the green of the car.
The car was drawn in graphite but coloured using pencils and highlights using white gauche paint and black acquarelles.

colored pencils are almost impossible ot blend ot have a firm coloring,
i advise you pastel pencils, they blend so well and you can finish your cars easily by coloring,
i like this beautiful car ;

I hate colouring as im colour-blind so its a real struggle for me.
I had to get this coloured asap as it was a commissioned work and I couldnt buy the pastel pencils.
I prefer paints but if I am going to use pencils I will get the prismacolors as I like their quality.

wow, those prismacolors,!!! i hear only good things about them,
i expect to try them soon, a friend from here had sent me some of her used pencils as trial, they really dripple down my chin:::::::::::!!!!!!!
