Artist's Description

All the HGV’s in India are painted up in bright colours. All look like they could do with some attention. They have places along the highway where they can change tyres and they even change engines at the side of the road.
At night they do not have their rear lights on so you can come upon them suddenly and there they are! But all tailgates are painted bright colours and with the words, “Please Sound Horn”. This is a common practice in India when driving. As you pass someone in another vehicle you sound your horn to let them know you are coming past. Imagine the noise in the cities and towns with this practice going on all the time!!
This is one of the better looking ones, at least it has doors on the cab!
