The famous ‘Huey’ workhorse of the Vietnam war era. Used in so many roles. Some were fitted with rocket launchers and missiles as well as a waist gun. Taken at the Valiant Air Command Warbirds Museum, Titusville, Florida.

Thanks for the comment Dave. – Yes but much smaller, only two hangars and a display area. Also some outside on the apron. It is at an airfield though and there was plenty of activity. Helicopter training and light aircraft moving about. We were expecting a Starfighter to arrive and then they postponed it until the next day.
I see you are puting up pictures from your vacation. I lived very close to Titusville. I love vintage aircraft. This is a great shot of this vintage helicopter.
