A lot of tones are hard for digital cameras to capture accurately and then convert to the “RGB” limitations of the computer…...
have you ever tried scanning any of your smaller images?

thanks! paintings are tough to scan, because they’re not perfectly flat. I’ve tried to scan a little one, and it came out blurry because not the entire thing touched the surface of the scanner. :(
