Artist's Description

The Bluenose II is a schooner made from the plans of the famous Bluenose from Nova Scotia, Canada which is on the back of the Canadian dime was one of the largest schooners to fish the Grand Banks. Today the Bluenose II calls Lunenburg, NS her home and is a frequent visitor to Gloucester, Massachusetts where this image was captured.

This wonderful image is part of Steve Borichevsky’s Maritime New England series.
