Another early morning walk with the dog…
As I was trapsing through the dark woods to get to this secluded spot, I reassured myself that the dog would scare off any large beasts.
And when the dark woods got darker when my flashlight burnt out, I reassured myself that my car would indicate to searchers that I was indeed in this forest. No need to worry…
The Island of Newfoundland, just off the east coast of Canada.
