Just finished my new painting made totally in Photoshop…”Flower mind…” is the result of my search of new styles and techniques. So this is my first Photoshop try! Yay! :)

Hey Karin! :) Thank you so much for your comments! I was thinking a lot about her nose but every time I tried to paint it, it turned out not quite what I wanted and seemed to spoil the whole work :/ In the end I decided that she looks somehow more mysterious without her nose (lol :D)

Yes…i like it without the nose too…...i just imagined a cute little button nose peeping out, but it looks great without it also…i called my kids over and they had a look and they liked it without any nose, it’s very impressive OKsancia….i love it!!!! Keep up the wonderful new work :D

oooh~ this is so different.. i love this piece.. it’s like so different from the other piece by you.. love the textures.. and all in photoshop, wow!! did you use a tablet?

Thanks Fa! :) Glad you like it!!! Yay! Though I really like my “vector” style I really don’t want to stop on it…So from time to time pieces like this one appear ;) I painted it all using my Bamboo tablet A5. I like it so much…

Not really small actually…A5 is perfect for me because it doesn’t take a lot of space on my table but still allows making rather big strokes with my hand. So it’s ok :) Do you use a tablet Fa?

i have one, but haven’t manage to do digital drawing on it.. sad eh? i’m like so annoyed.. cos i can’t get the time to go working on it.. =( i guess i won’t be able to get starting on experimenting it until i manage to get my stupid stall started. OO”

My full name is Oksana. Oksancia is one of the variations for Oksana, my Grandma used to call me Oksancia, so I decided to use it as my artistic name ;)
