Hello, I am Octavio Ramirez, I was born in mexico, I began to draw at an early age, my mother called me her little picasso, I am now a freelance artist trying to put his work out there, Don’t stop Dreaming.
What are the copyright laws on something like this? cos my works are all made by me but concerns have been raised about copyright
I am not sure if it might apply but here is their copyright policy, http://www.nintendo.com/corp/copyright.jsp I looked and found an official shirt but is nowhere as detailed as mine lol.

the hard work paid off, it looks great! oh, by the way, it’s not a copyright unless you get court! LOL
Thank You!! lol :D
Nice recreation! one of my faves. My understanding is that.. yes, the shirt is technically a copyright infringement, but will nintendo bother to go after someone in your position… not likely. It’s about damages. You represent a very small amount. However, if you printed 20,000 shirts and were selling them on t-shirt hell or another large T site… well likely that would be a different matter altogether. The worst thing I would expect would be a letter demanding you either pay royalties or remove the shirt. Maybe both. Also, in this case, it tends to actually help them, so it’s likely they would just ignore it. If this were a Trek shirt instead, Paramount would beam down the men in black and have you vaporized…
Thanks! I first had to deal with copy right when my middle school teacher rejected a picture I made of garfield for her lol gues I never learned my leason and good hing I never understood star trek lol.
sweet as ogfx!!
