There is an ancient one, as old as time itself.
To summon: Cream 125g butter into 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix in beaten egg. Mix 1 3/4 cups sifted self-raising flour. Stir and add 1/2 cup choc chips and 65g crushed walnuts. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees on a greased tray.
