This is a contemporary photo of a back street in the City of York, England. The fact that you can still find scenes like this that are straight out of the Victorian era should come as no surprise in a City that is still surrounded by Medieval walls and is built on Roman and Viking foundations.

Camera: Yashica Mat 124 G medium format, f3.5, 1/60 sec, ISO 125.
Lens: 80mm Yashinon.
Film: Ilford FP4 120mm black & white.
