Old Man Crowley's House
One of my few “painting with light” experiments. If I could find a locale or set up like this again, I’d probably get on with doing more of this kind of stuff. In retrospect…I should have lit the tree too…

I like it Steven. Well done, the lighting really sets the mood.

I’ll be honest…I stole the idea…I just wish I’d had more time and/or help to do more shots here. I had some trouble w/ the roof. Sadly, the house got bull-dozed a few years back…so it’s this shot and another I’m dust spotting right now…

Thanks Paul, I was experimenting, but am happy with the results. The next one that I do I’ll probably tone down the flash effects a lot and go more with the spot lights…I like the effect in the far right near the side door best…

Thanks, I’m glad that the mood comes across…I’ve walked past the place a couple of hundred times and was always a little creeped out…so, naturally, I had to go at night and shoot it. :)
