    I would like to congratulate you on all the wonderful attention this photograph got you. In South Africa it is looking very beautiful on a calendar for 2010 given out by a firm called Implats (mining firm). It looks spectacular when it is printed to HUGE if you would like me to take a photograph of the calendar for you, I will, and I will B-Mail the pic to you. It is a wonderful honor and I am sure you feel very pleased with this, hope they paid you some good money.

    Wow, Sandra, you are the bearer of such great news! :) I am indeed honored that my image was chosen for a calendar. in terms of payment, I probably got somewhere between $.25 and $25, most likely the former. But that’s how microstock works – it’s all about volume… :) I would really appreciate it if you mail me a photo of the calendar!     I will take a pic and I will B-Mail it to you in about 15 min. Ooooh I am sooooo pleased for you it feels like I know a celebrity, when I opened the calendars I could not believe my eyes. My son (the Game ranger) is with us at the moment he also has some work here on RB (Leon Rossouw) I immediately told him I recognized the photograph and I KNOW it is on RB, his reaction was “No way Mom !” but when I showed him he was just as surprised. Will quickly go and take a pic for you, if it was not such a huge calendar I would have offered to post it to you. Your photographs is amongst some very, very well know Wild Life Photographer in the calendar so you should feel very, very pleased with your self. To name just one Beverly Joubert, she is very professional and has her own website.
