I am a retired musician and music educator. I lived in NY state for all of my life and finally retired to Las Cruces,New Mexico, the great Land of Enchantment! The arts are really promoted here. In music there is plenty for people like myself to participate in. There is an abundance of scenarios to photograph at every turn. The history is right over your shoulder not so very far back. I find it exciting!
I use a Canon Eos Rebel XTI with a canon 18-55 and Tamron 28-300mm lenses.I think now I spend more time with the camera than with the flute!-a first in my life.
