Northern Leaf-Tailed Gecko (Saltuarius moritzi) by 


This very cryptic and arboreal gecko does not have adhering toe disks of many gecko species but a “birdlike” claw suitable for crimbing trrees and sandstone escarpments and other rough surfaces. This guy was shot at Woolgoolga, Northern NSW.
