Moving back to the Sierrras!

Well I am moving back to the Sierras to my home town of Bishop. Hopefully getting a job with the forest service, which would be amazing! Im really excited. I will be gone for a couple of weeks as I am going back home to Bishop at the base of the Eastern Sierras. I have so many photos planned. I cant wait to test out my D300 and Tokina 16-50/2.8. I still havent gotten to take a landscape photo with either yet! The Sierras are the most inspiring mountains I have ever been and feel so lucky that I was raised in such an amazing place. Back in Action

Well the summer comes to a close once again for me as University starts again Monday. One more year. Just one. I have to keep reminding myself of that fact. No more backpacking, camping, traveling, and taking new photos, all the things that make life have meaning. But knowing that I am sitting on about 30 gigs of rawfiles helps. End of Show

Sadly I went up to Ketchum yesterday and took down my photos for my show :(

I was very happy tho to see how well recieved they were. It was really great to get some experience in this field and practice conversing about my photography, not to mention selling them face to face. It really was a fun experience. Now i will be pushing to get a show going here in Boise :)
