A fresh take on an iconic scene, well done Nolan. Amazing technique, patience and time commitment to get all these elements together in such an effective way.
This scene however does make me laugh. Last year I bought a 2008 chinese made landscapes of Australia calendar which featured these classic mesa’s on the front cover it made me laugh so much I had to buy it. Contained within were another 11 classic landscapes from the south pacific, monument valley etc. Not a single shot as far as I could tell was from Oz, funny stuff indeed.
