Red, black and white, my favourite colour combination :) I really like the elements in this piece, is there more of a background story to it?

Basically its about relationships…sharing philosophical viewpoints as seen in the voice bubble…hence the tittle communication. Graphpaper in background suggestive of heartrate monitor to me. Colours…primative primary triad…black and white opposites/complimentary, red = blood!
