Every morning one of my cats wakes up at dawn to watch the birds and squirrels. Today my black cat Shady got to the window first. The light coming in the room was so pleasant, I just had to grab my camera, and see what I could get. Shady was good enough to sit still for quite some time while I snapped some shots.

I rescued him from the Walmart parking lot when he was a kitten.
