My eight year old Queensland Heeler…..had him since he was 6 weeks old…...now he has arthritus and is too heavy, but still wants play…just isn’t as fast as he would like to be; he still tries though…..hates to be photographed so this is a rare image….I actualy took it this morning through a window…..

Looks a lot like mine Joyce. Mine has one leg that bothers her. I started giving her one Ibuprofen morning and night, then after a few weeks reduced it to one a day. She can walk and even jog a little now. I just have to make sure she doesn’t overdo it.
