Luminescence
I shot this image while on a recent trip to Nora Lake in North Eastern California…..these grow to amazing size up there…..I believe this one was right around 2.5 inches across…...another of God’s amazing little creations but so very intricate….I have always thought that these were called Dandelions…..not positive though…........

Joyce this is beautiful! I’ve been seeing some of these ‘dandelions’ in Idaho and here in Oregon; I know I’ve seen them many times before in past years but it seems when one becomes a photographer that one notices things! The one’s I’ve been seeing are about 3 to 4 inches across! I found some at Steiners where I work and tried to capture a good photo of them but it was a little windy; I will take another look see though.
