Simplicity
This was a shot I was lucky to get this morning at 6:16, this is what the sun looked like through the thick smoke….....this is the first time I have seen it like this…..I have been shooting every day for 30 days now (the smokey shots) and I have not seen this yet….........this is right out of the camera; I hope you all enjoy this one. The words I added from Walter Russell’s The Divine Iliad seem to suit this one well. PLEASE VIEW IN LARGE FORMAT FOR OPTIMUM RESULTS.

Julie, thank you my friend, so glad you like this, and I appreciate you adding it to your favorites list! Walter Russell was incredibly wise and we could all benefit from his writings.

I’m trying to in touch with inlaws in the Oroville area… Where is this shot?
I’ve never seen anything quite like that, Joyce…
Joyce Dickens,... in reply to Dennis Jones - CameraView’s comment, about 1 month ago
Hi Dennis, this is taken in Anderson…about an hour Noth of Oroville….I hope your inlaws are ok…there are fires everwhere now…I also have never seen anything like this and it was very shortlived…I am going to load another shot that I took less than a minute later and it is totaly different…thanks for looking.
