I love a good road picture and this one is amazing! Looks like you were standing (sitting?)right on the center line. Very clever of you to fill so much of the frame with that dramatic sky!
Standing… Luckily, you could see any cars for miles!
Angie… thanks so much!
Wonderful image of this iconic highway – what a sky-scape, it really helps to make this special, nothing like being at the right place at the right time so well done!!
It’s a lucky circumstance when you’re on a long-range road trip to find the right alignment of clouds, sun, scene, etc. I almost never get to return to a location… at least not the same year. Thanks for the compliment!
Really nice Work .!!
Congratulation on your Feature in HDRI (No Holds Barred)!
James, I’m honored. Thanks!
ah refreshing comp…well done
Glad you like it, reddoor!
Nice shot. This is at mile maker 13 and was used in the movie Forrest Gump.
Interesting— perhaps I’ll have to watch that movie now. I’ve only seen bits and pieces. Somehow, I thought it was based in Louisiana.
