This is a meditation labyrinth in the area of Carson National Forest, Taos County New Mexico. What’s interesting about this one is the use of stones, wood, and old tin cans and bottles. Unique!

Of course, the dramatic stormy summer afternoon sky contributes its part to the scene nicely!

Northern New Mexico is a very spiritual place, and it’s common to find these walking meditation labyrinths along trails, in the woods, and just out in the middle of open fields.

3 exposure +/- 2 AEB on a Canon 5D MKII using a Tamron 28-300mm VC lens. Processed in Aperture/Photomatix
